No.(1)related to digitally modified bank cheque

Some1 digitized bank cheque by changing rs.3000 to rs.7 lakh. and able to do fraud with bank officials.Under which section FIR should be registered ?Any IT act ?

because cheque was given by a company to its employe, but when 7 lakh was deducted from the company account then they filed a complaint against him
