I am writing this letter to you, to get advice from you regarding the leakage caused in our flat due to bursted water pipelines of the owner of the flat just above to my flat.Cracks have been formed in the ceiling and the side wall due to leakage. I have made several requests to the owner of the said flat and also lodged complaint against him in police station, but neither him nor police has take any action in the matter. can police take any action in the matter ?. I am the owner of the flat. please advised me
