tutions at home

I want to start tutions for school children at my home. what is the procedure for legal documentation. do I need a shop act license. or any other licenses, a current account, do I need to pay taxes? please advice

You dont require any license for private tutions at your place while you would need it if you want run a coaching class. Then you have to apply for a certificate of enlistment at your local municipal office and you need to have a current account in the name of your coaching class.
