Dear All Respected legal Advicers,
My relative holds a open land and he purchased thro' an agreement in 1989. But not registered as the developer promkised
to register as a group company after selling all tj demargated areas into a co-operative society etc...etc...
But this vanished and the company office is also sold out and no one knows about him. We do not have the list of members also.
I have a couple of people like me and they are also worried and don't know what to do as 7/12 doesn't have the purchsed guys name.
Kindly help me what to do and any onne in mumbai can help threse 4-5 people. [ all old and retired people]
