How to punish, when my employee( He didnt inform to management that he is leaving) spoling my business and career by giving false information and he started new busines as like me and try to drag my clients...?
wat is the remedy i can get when spoiling my business by giving false information in criminal and civil...?
Pl its urgent... and i have to stop him ... and save business.....

Dear Surya,
Call him sit across the table and try to know the reason as to why he is resorting to this malafideness. Politely but firmly tell him about the probable consequences.
Secondly take client in the confidence it is a matter of time that he will learn his lesson.
