application u/s 311 crpc filed by prosecution has been allowed by trial court in a 323, 506 case. application is based on falsehood and refers to allegations dated after the FIR was registered and has been moved only to delay proceedings in a frivolous criminal case. c
What are the options to the accused to challenge this order?
