Dear sir,
I bought a flat with my own and my brothers name on it as my salary was not sufficient to take the loan alone. So the bank suggested to add my brothers name on it as his salary would add up and we can take loan.
Now the EMI is deducting from my account and i am paying the EMI's. Nd due to some unedequate behaviour of my brother, i want to remove my brothers name from the flats documents/paper.
What is the cheapest and easiest process to do so. Please suggest.
