Notaries are not empowered to register the Marriage and so there is no legal validity for the marriage. So there's no necessity to cancel.

I hope you are hindu! A marriage registration cannot be cancelled by per se, it can only be dissolved by virtue of a decree from a Court order on filing a divorce petition.

1.  Notary Marriage registration, is illegal and has no force of law.  Hence there is no need to cancel or divorce such illegal marriages and neither will any court entertain any such applications.
