Broker given cheque without agreement forcefully to block the the deal, but Seller didn't Encash it ever, Is the Oral conversation a valid sale agreement to enforce ???

Broker given cheque without any agreement forcefully to block the the deal, then never actually entered into an agreement as he was not able to convince the buyer party. The Seller didn't Encash the cheque ever. The broker took I.d photo copy, cancelled copy of sale deed and photo earlier once as the deal was almost done with Earlier buyer but cancelled later on. The broker returned the I.d photocopy and photo back but has the Cancelled sale deed photo copy.
1) Is the Oral conversation a valid sale agreement to enforce ???
2) Can he misuse my cancelled photocopy of sale deed ???

1.  For legal purposes, "oral agreement /conversations" and "photocopies of documents", have no legal adjudicatable value, hence is legally null & void.
