very small dispute was dragged into Divorce. Wife and Husband argued on small family issue and wife left the house with 2 children(female). She filed 498A, DVC, MC, Property cases and she is not allowing husband to see her children. incase husband try to meet children anywhere she warn that she will put kidnap, 420, 307 cases against him. 5 years already left.. all the cases are running.
is there any provision to meet children legally?
