BWs against petitioner u/s 498a

The petitioner of sec.498a in LW capacity is not attending to courts, so the court has issued BWs against the petitioner. Can we close this case without their presence to court and the petitioner don't want to run this case and quite, what is the procedure to close this case? Thanks in advance.

Section 498a IPC criminal complaint case is not a private case but State case which cannot be closed by the complainant wife or because of her non appearance in the court proceedings. The case continue till decided by the trial court or go to High Court and get it quashed.
