Hi, we are currently living in a builder apartment in sector 31, Gurgaon. We have 4 dogs and had planned to put a temporary fence across the front area of our house for them to play sometimes in the evenings. However the landlord refused saying that its a common area and we cannot be given exclusive access. I would like to clarify if it really is a common area, or belongs to the tenants of the ground floor? (PICTURE ATTACHED FOR REFERENCE)
