I am a website development.. I designed two sites for a client.. he paid for the first one but did not send the payment for the second one. after asking for weeks when he didn't responded, I deleted the files of both the websites. Now he is threatening that he will file a case of data security breach.. however we don't have an written legal aggrement signed.
so, should I fear?
