Chargesheet

When a chargesheet has been issued to the delinquent by a govt company and the corresponding reply to the charges has been submitted by the delinquent employee concerned is it possible to modify the chargesheet by the employer after viewing the reply given by the employee.

You can give reply to the modified charge sheet also. Charge sheet is the letter claiming the reasons regarding misconduct or any other unprofessional behavior of the employee in the organization. The employee needs to give clarification regarding the act for which charge sheet is given to him.
