My wife is chating with some stranger in an abusive way and he is also responding in an abusive way.
when I question her she herself create a dispute and filed a case against me and my entire family under sec 498A.
Somehow I can able to collect the chat she had with that stranger. will that be suffice to court to accept as evidence and release me and family. I want to give a divorce to her on this ground.
