Sir V.B.swamy from karnataka police bangalore, 23-07-2008 am serving in police department as a constable. Probationary period over.
Due to accident I got sick in 2012 I given all medical certificates while reporting to duty. I was absent for duty, during the time 90 DAYS I got leave without allowance.
After this I didn't check my service records and I transfer t another unit. 01-05-2013.
Now my issues are am getting regular yearly increment 23- 07- 2018 every year correctly yearly increment not postponed.
I served in same Rank so I have t get time bound value one extra increment.
23-07-2018 it's NOT ADDED TO my salary I given requisition to our service record clerk.
They are telling your yearly increment not added t the service record from 2012.
So v send your service record t previous office after entering there up to 2013 v give you time bound value. (TBV).
Actually time bond value should be added in July 2018 now delay so I get hurriers for the time bond value.
Shall I approach any court for not giving time bond value.
Please answer me.
