Recruitment Rule

Sir I am central government employee, recruited on 2004. But the vacancy against I Jains pertains to year 2002. My question is : when recruitment process be be initiated by the department for the post supposed be vacant on April, 2004.? Is there any guidance in this regard ?

Dear sir, is it a legal query? ask your seniors. You got nearly 15 years service. so see service rules if you are really interested.

Such unfilled posts can be carried over to further years. Please file RTI Application to CPIO, DOPT, New Delhi and seek such copy of the order for carrying unfilled vacancies to the next year.
