matter regarding payment to transporter for product not recieved

I im in delhi. I purchased a alloy wheel from seller in pune for my firm and pre-paid online to him. He sent the product in truck through transporter. Then the transporter called aftr some days late in evening. I told him that i ws not in office as office ws closed and asked him to come next morning on official address . Earlier i had agreed with seller that i will pay the transporter. But nxt mrng the transportr did not come and sent the product back to seller at pune. I talkd to seller. He told that he will return my money and take back product. But nw the question is who will pay the transporter. Seller has refused to pay transport charges. I am also refusing since i ddid nt recieve the product and transportr has told tht he will return product to sellr only if his transport chrgs r paid.. What legal remedy do i have?
