RCR by wife

Wife left my home 1 year back saying that she will return in 2-3 days but after a week in laws started threatening for domestic violence. They sent legal notice asking very heavy maintenance for herself and 2 years old son. I replied with legal notice to come back. Now wife has filed RCR . I am ready to stay with her but she is putting conditions like to get separated from 70 year old mother and give money to her Every month. Her conditions are not acceptable to me but I want to save marriage. What should I do?

If she has put condition on paper then don't worry. Court will never order to leave parent. If she is saying it orally then try to record it and present the same before court. You can also tell court about the condition she is putting. But before that try to have a record so that it may become easier for you to fight.
