my brother is suffering from schizophrenia and is out of control causing problems to society as well as close relatives he has been examined by Doctor in government mental hospital yerwada pune and opinion given that he needs to be admitted but they required court order I have appointed a lawyer but he is not cooperative and taken the documents and money 20 days before can anyone advice me how to obtain court order in this regard???
