I was dismissed by Bank of India in 2013. I am getting 1/3rd as Pension and got PF and Gratuity of Rs.10 Lacs. Should i get leave encashment which was around 240 days and 2/3rd Pension as 1/3rd Pension is very nominal. I am also debarred from future job by the bank. How will I survive. Can any body help me?
