Do serve a demand legal notice to the defaulting party to fulfil/ perform his/her part of obligation as stipulated under the said agreement, failing which you can file suit for specific performance.

You can call upon the other party to perform their part of contract by sending legal notice. If party still default in same you can file suit in civil court for specific performance of contract.
