Gratuity eligibility

I joined in a software company on 11th June 2014, and my last working day was 14th March 2019, could you please confirm whether I am eligible for the gratuity. My working days per week are 5days. Thanks Sai

Dear queriest, as you have already completed 4 years and 240 days you are eligible for gratuity.

Thank you sir, But my company is saying I have to complete exact 5 years, then only I would get gratuity. Please advice me how can I proceed further to get my gratuity. Thanks Sai
