rejection of plaint under order 7 rule 11

my plaint was rejected under 7/11 on 21/3/19. the judge told me to approach HC. the non speaking order shown to me stated the the application. of the defendant is allowed and the plaintiff suit is dismissed. no judgement was pronounced. no speaking order is available till date. what can be the way forward?

There has to be speaking order or judgment attached with order allowing application under order 7 rule 11 CPC. Ask your Advocate to check for the same before you move Appellant Court against the order and judgment.
