Dear sir/mam...
i want to know the further step what to do in our problem that is my grandfather have three brothers so whole property in the name of their big brother so now their children not give a share in the property now they are telling that this property is our in so we won't give u but actual share is in 3 brothers so what to do?

we don't have any documents regard that sir...just by written in paper that this is to him and this is to him ..

If it is an ancestral property than damn sure you have right in equal share .But if it is self aquired property than share is dismissed.

Then you can file a suit against them in court easily showing that you have no property and where you would live and the so called case should silently done and some witnesses such as your uncle and any one belonging to your father family

No dear your family member should there in As the witnesses though neighbours are secondary choice but primary is your belongers from your fathers family which can ease your solution for your problem

U first issue legal notice to them for partition and wait for reply if they deny file suit for partition .if agricultural property collect rtc pahani s etc if site buildings then khata etc. G tree or necessary documents.if u go to court they may come to compromise. If u tell bagavatgita they happily enjoy property.
