Proofs to carry for quash hearing

  My bro wife kept false case on complete family from A1 to A6 my complete family. A7 is unknown girl name. During the hearing process , judge sir asked to remove that A7 name from list as she is unknown .. My brother wife wantedly added her name to keep case strong. But during hearing judge sir asked to remove her name.

Now  A1 to A6 we are planning to go for Quash. 

Please advice what is the Quash Procedure ? what are the proofs that should i produce to make Quash done successfully. 

As police poeple said there is no evidence submitted by my brother wife because its false case. her intension to get easy money.

Please advice. 307 is removed and A7 illegal affair girl name removed from list. as they are false allegations. 

 At present 498A is the only section on complete family. please advice
