Loan on property

Hi, we have a property on which i want to take education loan, but that property comes under lal lakir , but we also have the registary with us we bought this property 10 years ago it is also registered in municipal corporation. so can i take my education loan by mortgaging this property. thanks in advance

You need to check with the bank if they are satisfied with that they can grant you loan, you have to check with bank ...
