I'm a plaintiff, my defendant wants to put written statement for this he took 4months time after the written statement what will be the next steps when actually providing evidence, arguments, cross examine, part Savalas, starts b/w us (plaintiff/defenant) for each step how many months req can any one place explain the whole procedure as I'm not aware of these laws of court
