my father had 2nd marriage after my mother death when i was 15 years old.... my step mother has 3 son.... my father purchase a property in 2000 n divide into my wife n my step mother equally. now when my father died how can our property divide.
my all 3 step brothers take 75% of my father's property n said to me tht i do not have any share in mother's property which was purchase by my father's money.
are they right , i do not have any share except 25%? step mother was house wife n she died too.
