Water bill charges

HI,I live in Delhi and my water bill is 51000 which is next to impossible because ill stay here alone and some times bill shows 192 unit which is 192000. I have visited DJB as well but as per them bill is correct and not even to do anything. I want to take this case to lok adalat how would I proceed and waht all document is required. Thanks Rohit
