property registration law

I wanted to know if any person who's married and after his marriage if that person is going to buy any property or assests is it not mandatory in law to mention in property registration paper his wife name and his children name... (I mean if he is married )

No, It is not required. you need to mention your details including son of ,age, address, occupation

Yes.  No.  If you want to purchase only in your name, you can purchase in your name only.
