I had drawn a draft from a renowned bank in favour of renowned institution in U.K. towards admission & tution fee which was dishonored and after lot of chasing the same was honoured after 3 months. I wish to know what are the legal remidies open to me and under which forum and for what.

It definately amounts to deficiency of service. Put the Bank on notice and seek redemption.
