findings in order of mutation

whether findings in an order for mutation or in order to cancel mutation, are of any use in original civil suit of title over property?

A mutation or no mutation cannot either get or lose any right as per title deeds.  The facts prevailing on title deed prevail.  The mutation if any only establishes possession and payment of taxes if any and cannot bring additional rights of ownership, which can only be derived by legally valid title deed documents.
