a case has been instituted against me and other member of my family and other family as well where i was not there when dispute arose actually i am a school teacher and on that day a meeting were called at BO office which attendance file show that i was at the meeting when actual incident happend and depite it i was wrongly implicated and booked under sc/st act regarding the dispute is regarding land so can i get anticipatory bail where session court and high court has denied interim bail and passed an order to surrender within six week of receipt and pursue a regular bail application
