Do the esteemed members of this legal forum feel that Anil Ambani should be tried for perjury if he manages to pay the fine imposed upon him by the honourable Supreme Court since his stance in the court was that Reliance Comm. do not have money to pay?

In many European countries like Holland and Norway etc, jails are like top Star Hotels, and many drugs mafia convert jails into luxary hotels, bu I wonder whether Indian jails can be converted like that or not, and in any case a man like Ambani, is very difficult to order him to go to jail.
