I need some informaiton what is the divorce date, i see the following details in my decree, is my Date of Divorce is 10/01 or 16/01. As per my lawyer he told that 10/01.
Date of Disposal : 10/01/2019
Given under my hand and the seal of the court of this the 10th day of January, 2019
Decree signed on 16/01/2019.

The divorce date is; 10/01/2019, and that is also the date of disposal of case ;forget about when the decree was signed.

Vague statement.
Since the suit was disposed on 10/01/2019 divorce is effective from the date. However, it is not understood, how the Court has decreed it on 16/01/2019.
Generally such incident do never happen as stated by you, recheck with your lawyer or inspect case file.

Thanks for the reply, i checked the whole sheet which lists teh case details of every hearing.. 10/01/2019 is the last date.. however in the decree documents last 4 flines
