NBW against ltd co.

I filed 138 NIA complaint against co. and directors. All summoned. but due to non-appearance, NBW isssued against accused company and accused signatory director. Director got bail. But there is still NBW issued against co. accused. How and on whom NBW to be executed which is in the name of the company.
