Future generali rejecting to surrender policy

Hi all,

I want to surrender my insurance policy active policy to future generali...But despite it has completed 3 years the concerned is denying to help me.

in terms n conditions it is said that i can surender it after three years.

i had baught it in year 2017 and pa
id 3 annual emis on time but now i want to surrender it ...

can some one suggest what shall i do now ?
