Ruchika Lost the Case !! Yes Its True

Hello

I m thinking that after 19 Year's Whats the achivement from Ruchika Case ????

from 19 year's of f**king procedures they are only awarded by 2 year punishment.

he runied the family & frined families but got only 2 years.

If this is done by common man then he may get more punishment.

I think he should be hanged because he was DGP and done this type of crime.

Eash or west Indian Law is best for powerbulls

Don't say so. Some friends in the LCI will be offended. You know the rule of law for your and I. For Rathore, Manu Sharma it is rule of Shiela Dixit, Om Prakash Chautala, Hukam Singh, Bhajan Lal.

It is unfair to berate the ass. But it is there.

Don’t make law an ass: SC to cops

TIMES NEWS NETWORK

New Delhi: A day after expressing concern over Delhi Police allowing murder convicts to roam free when they should be in jail, the Supreme Court on Tuesday discovered that the malady extended to Punjab and might well be in vogue in other parts of the country.
A vacation bench of Justice G S Singhvi and Justice C K Prasad was livid when it found that petitioner Charan Singh, whose conviction by the trial court for throwing acid on others had been confirmed by the Punjab and Haryana high court, was still
free and had not been put behind bars by police.
“It is a matter of surprise that despite the trial court convicting the accused and the high court confirming the conviction four months ago, the police has not yet ar
rested the convict and put him behind bars,” the bench said and directed senior superintendent of police, Ludhiana, to immediately arrest Singh and submit a report.
“Criminal law has become an ass in the eyes of the
public. We have an agency which is to arrest an accused after he is pronounced guilty by the court. If that is so, then how is it possible that the convicts are not arrested,” the bench said.
Trying to sensitise law enforcing agencies to the grave fallout of such inaction, the bench said, “In this, case acid was thrown on many who are scarred for life. Yet, the convict is roaming free.”
The court said Singh’s appeal challenging the HC verdict of February 2 would be heard only after the SSP of Ludhiana filed a report stating that the appellant had been lodged in prison.

Unqualified docs have no right to practise

The Supreme Court has held that unqualified medical practitioners can’t be allowed to play with the lives of the people and restrictions imposed on such practice cannot be termed as illegal or unconstitutional. “An unqualified, unregistered and unauthorized medical practitioner possessing no valid qualification, degree or diploma can’t be permitted to exploit poor Indians,” the apex court said while rejecting the plea of those who obtained the so-called degrees after 1967 to practice Ayurveda. AGENCIES
CAN'T BE ALLOWED, SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED, MUST NOT BE ALLOWED. BUT ALLOWED IF YOU LIKE.

Overambitious Hemant pulls father down

The tussle between Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) chief and outgoing chief minister Shibu Soren and his MLA son Hemant Soren for control over the party has put Jharkhand politics at the crossroads, reports Navin Kumar from Ranchi. According to a senior party leader, the senior Soren, who has been the undisputed leader of the party ever since the Jharkhand movement days, has been facing a serious challenge from none other than his son Hemant, who is desperately trying to gain control over the party. The ‘overambition’ of the Soren junior has caused the present political crisis in Jharkhand, which has seen seven governments and two spells of President’s rule ever since its inception in 2000.
“Till last year elder son — Durga Soren — was considered to be Guruji’s political heir. In fact, he used to call the shots in the party affairs. However, after his demise last year, Hemant saw an opportunity to establish himself in the party. After Shibu Soren became chief minister on December 30 last year, he started taking keen interest in the affairs of the government as well as the party,” said the leader. Such was Hemant’s clout in the administration that no file reaching CM’s office would move without his consent. The bureaucracy also started treating him seriously. As a result, he emerged as a major power centre, without any official status. Since it was a ‘family affair’, it was difficult for others to check it.
