Dear Sir, I am Kiran, working with an MSME Firm which provides Memory Development Programmes to schools We have qualified teachers with us. We have to send them to school. School can charge from kids on different plans. How to write an agreement between Our enterprise and School. Please help Our Boss asked me to do so. I tried alot but unable. Please help me. Gone through your post. Do you know MOUs are drafted on case specific basis.
It also contains specific details of services to be offered, tenure of service, facilities to be provided by either party, tenure of service, billing pattern,tax liability, audit of student fees, arbitration in case of dispute and related nitty gritty. It is better to consult a local lawyer or C.A. to draft a full proof MOU.
