Desceased ppf claim no nomination registered will

We have a registered Will and Legal Hier Certificate, do we still need to Probate a Will or get Sucession certificate, to claim the PPF amount of our deceased parents? - No legal disputes between Legal Hiers, all have signed the claim forms

In case of registered will it is more than sufficient, and in several places probate is not required.  Succession certificate is required mostly for fixed assets and not for PPF.  Enclose copy of legal heir certificate and signatures of all legal heirs as NOC with copy of will so that there is no chance to raise any objection.  This is only as abundant precaution to get the claim settled without any objections.

Take a legal opinion from a local advocate preferably of any Bank's advocate on their demand, and enclose the legal opinion to SBI.  Let them reject this time.

Have the legal heirs made the claim duly supported by the legal heir certificate? Had the deceased parents made any nomination? How is the Will relevant?

All Legal Hiers have made the claim duly supported by a legal hier certificate issued by Local city Authorities, Decesased parent made the nomination in each other's name and both have passed away. Will is a registered will

What decision has been taken on the 'claims'? Does the Will make any mention of the  PPF account? If so, how?
