Dear all,
There is a partion suit (plaintiff x 8 defendants) and the interim injunction order, i.e. not to aliante suit property was passed against def no.1 to 5 . Afterwards def no 6 filed his w.s. with counter claim. After some days some of the property was sold by original plaintiff and def no. 1 to 5 collusively.
Now my query is, (I can file an application under O. 39 R. 2A against def 1 to 5), but can I make the original plaintiff respondent in that application ?
