Mathadi Issues...

Need to know if registering at Mathadi board or employing one is compulsory for Garment industry? If not, how to deal with these guys??

Sir the issue is that the Mathadi guys are not allowing for loading & unloading of vehicle as they ask for either a fixed amount every month without working or registering and employing a Mathadi labour. We don't have an issue in registering but the board rates are so high, we can't survive with them. We are paying 1/6th of that rate to local people!
