my father wants to give his celling land and one home,and I have two sisters and one big brother, what will happen after death of my father, will I get complete property or not what will happen after?

If it is self acquired property he has right to cell it .if he died intestate then all of u get equal share .

U have to verify that ceiling land has any conditions or not.whether they apply or not.which law applies in Ur state so contact local advocate with necessary documents ..

What exactly you mean by Ceiling land. If you do not approach the forum properly with full details without ambiguity, unnecessarily time will be wasted for all.

Matter is very simple. If your father has written a Will, the Legal Heirs get the share strictly as per such Will only after his death.
