sir my gradfather purchesed land in 1958 through registered sale deed. but there has not mentioned survey number. but in rtc it is made joint owners. both vendor and purchasers are dead. how to change this khata to my father name.

When the title deed is in your grandfather's name, other things are not material for a land purchased in 1958. The possession is important, and legal heirs can write to revenue dept., for correct survey number, extent and request for survey through Tehasildar. Get correct survey number on the basis of boundaries by making inquries with owners of the other Survey No land.
