Will recent judgement

my father Registered a Will in the year 2010 and died in the year 2016. my sister can claim the will property even though if registered.
partiotined property and own earned property in the same revenue village in TN.

Face the issue through competent advocate, if only she files any case challenging the will's validity. No one can assure you whether your sister can challenge the will or not, as much depend on facts of the execution of the will.

The facts, as posted. lacks clarity. All that could be suggested is that it is not mandatory that will be registered.

please suggest a lawyer in this case of a will. will written in tamil and registered in sub registrar office in the year 2010. if any online consultation, please sugges.... Thanking for posting the replies...
