Dear Experts,
If the Owner of a Property had Earlier executed a Power of Attorney for the Property in favour of the Same party to which he Sold the Property Later, then is the Seller still Entitled to Revoke the Power of Attorney to the Purchaser After the Property has been Sold to Avoid any Misuse of the G.P.A.?
