revokation of my job

sir I was accused and I was suspended from my job on 3-07-2018 .in the case of mis appropriation of govt funds . already five and half months are completed for my suspension and already chargesheet is submitted to the court of law by police .sir I need your advise that after how many days I can be revoked from my suspension .plz guide me sir what are the procedures to get revocation.
