Land record

Any acquiring order must be supported by Public Advertisement and display notices, showing the purpose for which land was acquired, the owners or those who are enjoying possession, how the land is being used , extent of land in each individual etc.  You can file RTI Application to designated authority and can seek copy of such Public notification.  Search website as to whether they have already uploaded in public domain, search for their RTI rules and regulations, and if it is not appearing in their website, seek copy of such notification.
