Hi,
i wanted to know the admisibility of an evidence in a recorded form( voice recording).
Is it admissible in a court of Law if yes how ? and if not why ?
What are the relevant sections in the evidence act or otherwise to know the eligibility of any form of voice recording by an electronic mediam(tape recorder, digital reocrder or through skype).
Is evidence given on net valid, wether in voice or camera not live but recorded by a third party?
